point where the centerlines of the old Dower House Road and
the old Marlboro Pike intersect, thence running southeasterly
with the centerline of the old Dower House Road to the center-
line of the Woodyard Road, thence southwesterly with the cen-
terline of the Woodyard Road to the centerline of Piscataway
Creek, thence southwesterly with the centerline of Piscataway
Creek to the centerline of a small branch which runs southerly
from a point near the intersection of Thrift Road and Tippett
Road, thence northerly with the centerline of said small branch
to the centerline of Thrift Road at a point near the road to
Tippett, thence with the centerline of Thrift Road to the
centerline of Tippett Road, thence northerly with the center-
line of Tippett Road to the centerline of the Clinton-Piscata-
way Road, thence northeasterly with the centerline of the
Clinton-Piscataway Road to the centerline of Steed Road,
thence northwesterly with the centerline of the Steed Road to
the centerline of the Friendly-Palmers Corner Road, thence
northerly with the centerline of the
Friendly-Palmers Corner
Road to the centerline of the Allentown Road and Palmers
Tavern-Broad Creek Road, thence northeasterly with the
centerline of the Allentown Road to Camp Springs, thence still
northeasterly with the centerline of the Camp Springs-Meadows
Road and the new Camp Springs-Meadows Road that runs
along the north side of Andrews Air Force Base to the center-
line of the old Marlboro Pike, thence southerly with the center-
line of the old Marlboro Pike to the point of beginning.

point where the centerline of Soper or Greenbrier Road inter-
sects the boundary line between Prince George's and Mont-
gomery Counties, and running thence with the centerline of
said Soper or Greenbrier Road easterly to the centerline of
Montgomery or Gunpowder Road, thence northerly with the
centerline of Montgomery or Gunpowder Road to the center-
line of Contee or Van Dusen Road, thence with the centerline
of Contee or Van Dusen Road eastwardly to the centerline of
Furnace or Bigelow Road, thence southerly with the centerline
of Furnace or Bigelow Road to the centerline of Cinder Road,
thence still southerly with the centerline of Cinder Road and
the projection thereof to the centerline of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad, thence northeasterly with the centerline of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to the centerline of Contee Road,
thence easterly with the centerline of Contee Road to the
centerline of State Road No. 197 or the Laurel-Bowie Road,
