THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1699

right angles to and 200 feet distant from the east side of St.
Barnabas Church Road at Phelps Corner and running thence
in a generally southwesterly direction east of, parallel to and
200 feet distant from the east side of said St. Barnabas Church
Road approximately Jf600 feet to a point opposite the intersec-
tion of St. Barnabas Church Road with Maryland State Route
224 (Livingston Road), thence continuing in a generally south-
westerly direction east of,
parallel to and 200 feet distant from
the east side of Maryland State Route 224 approximately 5800
feet to a point opposite the curve in said Route 224 where said
Route 224 bears west to intersect the Indian Head Freeway,
thence continuing in a generally southwesterly direction with
the projection of the last described line to intersect a line pro-
jected through the south corner of the District of Columbia
and the intersection of Maryland State Route 414 with the
Public Road running between said Route 414 and Route 224
said Public Road running in an east-west direction and being
approximately 300 feet south of the intersection of Route 224
with the Indian Head Freeway, thence in a straight line to
the south corner of the District of Columbia, thence in a north-
easterly direction with the boundary between Maryland and
the District of Columbia to intersect the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a
generally easterly direction with the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of be-
ginning.

ALSO THAT AREA IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY:
BEGINNING AT THE WESTERLY SIDE OF MONT-
GOMERY ROAD, 200 FEET WESTERLY FROM THE IN-
TERSECTION OF THE SAID POWDER MILL ROAD
WITH MONTGOMERY ROAD, THENCE RUNNING IN A
NORTHERLY DIRECTION, PARALLELING SAID MONT-
GOMERY ROAD A DISTANCE OF 2. 8 MILES, MORE OR
LESS, TO INTERSECT THE WATER MAIN OF THE
WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY COMMISSION,
THENCE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE
OF 450 FEET, MORE OR LESS, (WHICH DISTANCE IN-
CLUDES THE WIDTH OF THE SAID MONTGOMERY
ROAD) TO A POINT, THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL-
ING SAID MONTGOMERY ROAD A DISTANCE OF 2. 8
MILES, MORE OR LESS, TO INTERSECT SAID POWDER
MILL ROAD, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID POW-
DER MILL ROAD A DISTANCE OF 450 FEET, MORE OR
