enacted by Chapters 793 and 820 of the Acts of 1947, and
to be under the sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District", extending the boundaries of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code

of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1947 Edi-

tion), and to the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition),

being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-

land, title, "Montgomery County", said new section to be

known as Section 1283B, to follow immediately after Sec

tion 1283A of said Article, and to be under the sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District", and that a new
section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
PRINCE GEORGE'S County (1943 Edition), being Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 1420G, to follow immediately
after Section 1420F, as enacted by Chapters 793 and 820 of
the Acts of 1947, and to be under the sub-title "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District", and both to read as follows:

1283B. 1420G. The area of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission and the jurisdiction of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties, authority and
powers are hereby extended to include the additional territory
within the following designated and described boundaries:
