(b) [The loss of the second or distal phalanx of the
thumb shall be considered to be equal to the loss of one-
half of the thumb; the loss of more than one-half of such
thumb shall be considered to be equal to the loss of the
whole thumb; the loss of the third or distal phalanx of
any finger shall be considered to be equal to the loss of
one-third of such finger. The loss of the middle or second
phalanx of any finger shall be considered to be equal to
the loss of two-thirds of such finger. The loss of more than
the middle and distal phalanx of any finger shall be con-
sidered to be equal to the loss of the whole of such finger;
provided, however, that in no case shall the amount re-
ceived for more than one finger exceed the amount pro-
vided in this schedule for the loss of a hand. ]
Compensation for the loss, or loss of use, of more than
one phalanx of a digit of a hand or foot shall be the same
as the loss, or loss of use, of the entire digit. Compensa-
tion for the loss, or loss of use, of the first phalanx shall
be one-half of compensation for loss of the entire digit.
Compensation for loss or loss of use of two or more digits
or one or more phalanxes of two or more digits of a hand
or foot may be apportioned to the loss of use of the hand
or foot occasioned thereby, but shall not exceed the com-
pensation for the loss of a hand or foot.
Great Toe—For the loss of a great toe, [twenty-five]
thirty weeks.
GREAT TOE—FOR THE LOSS OF A GREAT TOE,
TWENTY-FIVE WEEKS.
Other Toe—For the loss of one of the toes, other than
the great toe. [ten] fifteen weeks.
Hand—For the loss of a hand, [one hundred and sixty
six weeks] two hundred weeks.
Arm—For the loss of an arm, two hundred and [twelve]
seventh five weeks.
Foot—For the loss of a foot, one hundred and [fifty]
seventy five weeks.
Leg—For the loss of a leg, two hundred and [twelve]
seventy five weeks.
Eye—For the loss of an eye [one hundred and sixty]
two hundred weeks.
Hearing—For the total the loss of hearing of one ear, [fifty]
seventy five weeks; for the total loss of hearing of both
ears, [one hundred fifty] two hundred weeks.
