THE SEVERAL COUNTIES FROM INCREASING THE
TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID SUCH EXAMINERS IN
CASES WHERE, IN THE DISCRETION OF SAID JUDGE,
THE EXAMINER SHOULD RECEIVE ADDITIONAL
REMUNERATION.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
356 (a), Sub-sections (b) and (c) of Section 348 and to
add two new sub-sections to Section 355 immediately after
Sub-section (n), to be designated Sub-sections (n-1) and
(n-2), of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement) title "Licenses", sub-title "Real Estate
Brokers", relating to hearings in the event of out of State
revocations, the qualifications for licenses of real estate
salesmen, and the suspension or revocation of licenses.
REQUIREMENT OF BOND BY LICENSED BROKERS
AND SALESMEN, ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIRE-
MENTS, PROCEDURE WHEN LICENSED BROKER
DIES OR ENTERS MILITARY SERVICE, AND ADDI-
TIONAL GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 356 (a), Sub-sections (b) and (c) of Sec-
tion 348 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Licenses", sub-title "Real Estate Brokers" be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments and that
two new sub-sections be and are hereby added to Section 355
of the said Article, said new sub-sections to follow immedi-
ately after Sub-section (n), and all to read as follows:
356 (a) (Hearings. ) The Commission shall, before denying
an application for license, or before suspending or revoking
