In addition to the amount of $2,420,011 appropriated in Item No. 703 from
General Funds, there is included in the budgets of the various State agencies
operating on Special Funds appropriations aggregating $447,563, representing
the shares of such agencies as their contributions to the Employees' Retire-
ment System, which will be transferred to the Employees' Retirement System
at the appropriate time during the fiscal year and which, added to the General
Funds appropriated, total the required amount of $2,867,574. The General
Funds appropriated are offset in the amount of $230,000 to be received as
General Fund revenue coming from Federal Funds and sundry funds operated
within various State agencies.
