of any bona fide purchasers or creditors, without notice,
who become so prior to June 1st, [1951] 1952.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1952.

(House Bill 55)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 3 (a) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition—being Section 2 in the 1947
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-title "Pro-
hibition—Without License or Permit—Exceptions" and
to add two new sections to said Article, said new sec-
tions to be known, respectively, as Sections 125A and
189A, to follow, respectively, after Sections 125 and
189 of said Article (said sections having been Sections
113 and 171, respectively, in the 1947 Supplement), and
to be under the respective sub-titles "Taxation" and
"Penalties," relating generally to the offense of unlaw-
fully manufacturing alcoholic beverages in this State,
to the penalties for such offense and to the tax to be
levied upon the materials used or the product obtained
by any such unlawful manufacture.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 3 (a) of Article 2B of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition—being Section
2 in the 1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages,"
sub-title "Prohibition—Without License or Permit—Ex-
ceptions," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and that two new sections be and they
are hereby added to said Article, said new sections to be
known, respectively, as Sections 125A and 189A, to fol-
low, respectively, after Sections 125 and 189 of said Article
(said sections having been Sections 113 and 171, respec-
tively, in the 1947 Supplement), and to be under the re-
spective sub-titles "Taxation" and "Penalties," and to
read as follows:
