1 Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, that no passenger motor vehicle to
2 be used by a State officer or employee, other than an elected official, shall
3 be purchased with funds appropriated by this act, the net cost of which
4 inclusive of trade-in allowance, shall exceed $2,200.

CONTINGENT APPROPRIATIONS—SPECIAL FUNDS
The following appropriations are hereby made from the Special Funds,
contingent upon the passage of the specified legislation relating thereto:
