1       Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, that no passenger motor vehicle to

2    be used by a State officer or employee, other than an elected official, shall

3    be purchased with funds appropriated by this act, the net cost of which

4    inclusive of trade-in allowance, shall exceed $2,200.

CONTINGENT APPROPRIATIONS—SPECIAL FUNDS

The following appropriations are hereby made from the Special Funds,
contingent upon the passage of the specified legislation relating thereto:

1. Department of Maryland State Police, in addition to appro-
priation shown on pages 33, 34 and 35 of the Printed Bill,
contingent on the passage of Senate Bill No. 86 and/or

House Bill No. 96, as follows:
