An act relating to the record of the Proceedings of the
Convention, which established the Declaration of
Rights, and the Constitution and Form of Govern-
ment of this State.

|
Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, no copy of the proceedings, referred to
in the title of this act, nor of the Declaration of Rights
nor the Constitution and Form of Government of this
State, has ever been deposited with the records of the
laws of this State; and whereas, a manuscript copy of
the same is now deposited in the Library of this State,
and it is, fit and proper that the records of the laws
should be full and complete, that authentic copies
thereof may be furnished by the proper officers, duly
attested and certified: — Therefore,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly, of Maryland,
That the manuscript copy of the proceedings aforesaid,
shall be deposited by the Librarian in the office of the
Court of Appeals for the Western Shore of this State,
thereto be, remain and continue, and be preserved and
used as one of the Law Records of this State, from
which extracts and copies may and shall be taken, and
certified as in other cases.

An act to divorce Horatio R. Merryman, of the District
of Columbia, from his wife Sarah A. Merryman, of
the City of Baltimore.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Horatio R. Merryman, be, and he is hereby di-
vorced from his wife Sarah A. Merryman, of the City
of Baltimore, a vinculo matrimonii.
