The revenue arrising from the, shall

be paid into the treasury W. Shore who

shall keep separate account thereof, de-

nominated The Tobacco Inspection Fund

of Prince George's county,

Each inspector shall every three

months, account to the treasurer under

oath, the number of bogheads inspected

and delivered out &c., and pay over the

proceeds,

In case of failure to bond within thir-

ty days after appointment other appoint-

ment shall be made &c.,

Each inspector shall be paid $500 an-

nually, out of the aforesaid fund,

Not more than one inspector to each

warehouse,

"

Owner of tobacco shall pay 50 cents

to the inspector for each hogshead, for

outage, portage and sealing, before re-

moving the same,

Which the inspectors shall account for

and pay over to the treasurer, &c.,

No tobacco Warehouse hereafter to be

built in said county, except by permis-

sion of the legislature,

"

Inspectors shall attend every day from

May to October, inclusive, and once a

week in every, other month, and oftener

if required,
