DORCHESTER COUNTY,— For the relief of Reu-

ben Tall, former sheriff and collector

of,

To lay out and open a road in,

Supplement to the act of 1825, ch.,

162, for the public instruction of youth

in Primary Schools throughout the sever-

al counties of this State, so far as relates

to,

Levy Court directed to levy $4000

for the use of,

And appoint a treasurer of the school

fund of said county, of whom bond to be

taken,

The county collector shall collect said

assesment, and pay over to the said tea-

surer,

Compensation therefor,

Levy Court shall at their first meeting

in each year appoint five school commis-

sioners to each election district,

Who shall lay off the school districts,

superintend the schools, appoint teachers

and pay each one $ 125 annually,

Each parent or guardian, widows and

pay $1 per annum for each child sent to

said schools,
