LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 344.

posed of Chester Town, in the second election district
in Kent county, be, and they are hereby authorised to
divide the said school district into two districts.

Levy therefor.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the levy court of
Kent county be, and they are hereby authorised and
required to levy for each of said districts, on the as-
sessable property of said county, the sum of one hun-
dred and fifty dollars to be collected and paid over as
now required by law.

CHAPTER 344.

Passed Mar. 27,
1838.

An act for the benefit of the infant heirs of Preston Mc-
Comas, late of Harford County, deceased.

Deed authorised.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the trustee who lately sold part of the real estate
of Preston McComas, late of Harford county, deceased,
under a decree of the Court of Chancery, be, and he
is hereby authorised and empowered to convey by deed,
to the purchaser of the land, all the right, title and
estate of the infant children of the said McComas in
and to the same; provided, that the judges of Harford
county court shall first he satisfied that the sale has
been made at a fair price, and that its confirmation
will be for the interest of the said infant children; and
provided also, that the distributive par tor share of the
money arising from such sale, to which they would be
entitled, shall be paid over by the said trustee to their
respective guardians appointed or to be appointed, for
the use and benefit of the said infant children: and pro-
vided further, that the said trustee shall not be entitled
to receive or recover any fees for effecting the sale of
the property belonging to the infants aforesaid.
