COUNTY— Trustees of the poor of, to

meet on the same day in July annually, and

appoint an overseer, &c.
In case of vacancy trustees to appoint;

Trustees of any school district in, fail-

ing to build according to the provisions of

the act of 1838, chap. 361, until they have

complied, to contract for the education of

poor children with private teacher, or if

more conducive to the interests of their re-

spective districts, to contract with trustees

of adjoining district, etc.

In no case shall the commissioners of,

pay for such contracts more than trustees
failing to build would be entitled to receive

on an equal distribution of the fund receiv-

able from the State treasury, etc.
