COUNTY— Commissioners to read such

parts of this act and act of 1829, ch. 106,

to assessors, as relate to their duties, to ad-

vise in what manner to make assessment, etc.

ceeding 60 days, for assessors to make re-

turn, etc. notice to be given in some news-

paper of county, if none, by advertisement,

etc. for three weeks prior to return day,
