CO. — Levy court of to levy a sum of money

not exceeding $1500, for erection of a

bridge over Catoctin, on the road from

Burketsville to Frederick town, &c. to be

commenced within 3 years and completed

within 5 years after the passage of this act,

ment of monies first to erection of school

houses, &c. residue in payment of teachers

&c. repealed; trustees to apply funds to

either of said purposes as they deem best,

Surveyor of, to charge for his services

under warrants of survey, &c. from Land

office, orders, &c. of resurvey from county

courts and Chancellor, $4 per day; his ac-

count for services if required to be stated

under oath,

the cost of the county, &c.

to build on the site of the present court

house in, a new court house, &c. old mate-

rials to be used of the present courthouse,
