Tide Water Canal Company,

WILD FOWL

— Any white person making affidavit, etc.

that persons are violating the acts for the

preservation of wild fowl in the Potomac

river, etc. justice of the peace to issue war-

rant, etc. for the apprehension of person,
to take boats, etc. officer to summon suffi-

cient number of able bodied inhabitants to

aid in carrying out warrant,

Upon neglect of officer to execute war-

rant, to forfeit and pay the sum of $50, to

be recovered before a justice of the peace

in the name of the State, one half to the

informer, and the other half to the coun-

ty,

All persons convicted of violating the

acts for the preservation of, etc. to be fined

not less than $5, nor more than $50; and

to condemn and sell boats, etc.

"

If no violation has taken place, and

there is reason to believe that such person

proposed to violate, justice of the peace to

require bond, etc. in the penal sum of

$500, etc. and in default, to be committed

to jail, etc.
