want of form not to invalidate indenture

&c. if it contain name and age of appren-
tice and name of master and witnessed by

the court binding the same, &c.

Penalty for enticing apprentice to run

away or abscond, &c.

If any apprentice abscond, county court

to adjudge and order such apprentice such

further time, &c. and also compensate for

all loss occasioned, &c. including expen-

ses of recaption, &c. to authorise the sale of

said apprentice for the whole time he may

have to serve within this State, said court

to be satisfied such apprentice was not in-

duced to run away by ill treatment, &c. of
