mon the child, &c. of, and if upon examina-

tion it appears better for the habits, &c. of such

child to bind as apprentice such child, &c.

indentures to be witnessed by judges of

such court, name and age of child and

master, to be recorded in clerk's office, &c.

want of form not to invalidate indenture

&c. if it contain name and age of appren-
tice and name of master and witnessed by

the court binding the same, &c.

any apprentice bound, &c.

duced to run away by ill treatment, &c. of
