RESOLUTIONS.

authorised and directed to pay unto John Nick. Watkins,
chief clerk to the House of Delegates, and to Joseph H.
Nicholson, chief clerk to the Senate, out of any unappro-
priated money in the treasury, the sum of one hundred
dollars each, after they have completed the said work.
And be it further resolved, That the Treasurer of the
Western Shore pay to Samuel Peaco, Door Keeper to the
Senate, and William Murdock, Door Keeper to this House,
fifteen dollars each, for extra services rendered.

Resolution in favor of Robert Malone.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor, be and he is hereby authorised and directed
to appoint some fit and proper person to value the dama-
ges done by the experimental survey of the Eastern Shore
Rail Road, to the property of Robert Malone, of Somerset
county, and to report the same, on oath, to the Governor,
who is hereby authorised and required to pay the amount
to said Robert Malone, or his order.

Resolution relating to the Librarian.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian is authorised and directed to furnish the
Register of Wills of Washington county, with a copy of
the Index of the Laws, from eighteen hundred and twen-
ty-five, to eighteen hundred and thirty-one.
