rer of W. S. of the State bonds, issued by

virtue of the act of 1835, ch. 394, and de-

posited in the Union Bank of Maryland,

the commissioner of loans is hereby au-

thorised to deliver to the Chesapeake

and Ohio Canal, and Baltimore and

Ohio Rail Road Companies, sterling

bonds, or certificates of stock, redeemable

in London &c.; provided &c.
