1840, for William Fresh, a. of Baltimore

county, to complete his collections,

COL'S. OF CO. TAXES—So soon as the commis-

sioners of Baltimore county shall have

made their levy, they shall make out the

amount required to be collected, in each

election district, and give at least twenty

days notice, in two newspapers, and set

up at the place of holding elections, invi-

ting scaled proposals for collecting the

same, and shall give the collection to

the lowest bidder, &c.
