tificates of stock created under the act aforesaid, as
may have been deposited with them by the commission-
ers appointed under said act.

effect so far as it relates to the Chesapeake and Ohio
Canal Company, so soon as it shall be accepted by the
stockholders of the said company in general meeting,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That so much of the act to incorporate the Annapolis
and Elkridge Rail Road Company, as directs that not
more than one third part of the capital stock of said
company, shall be called for in any one year from the
commencement of the road of said company, be, and
