An act to divorce Frederick H. Numsen, of the City of
Baltimore, from his wife Eliza Ann Numsen.
|
|
|
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Frederick H. Numsen, he, and he is hereby de-
clared to be divorced from his wife Eliza Ann Num-
sen, a vinculo matrimonii.

An act to grant a donation to Carroll Academy, in Car-
roll County.

$150 annually ap-
proriated.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That there be, and hereby is appropriated the annual
sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, to be paid by the
Treasurer of the Western Shore of Maryland to the
trustees of Carroll Academy, in Carroll county, or to
their order, for the use and benefit of said academy;

provided the trustees of said academy comply with the
requisitions of the original act and its supplements,
granting donations to the different colleges and acade-
mies in this State.

Maryland, That John North, George Hoblitzell and
Meshack Browning, of Allegany county, be, and they
are hereby authorised and empowered, to reassess and
revalue all the real and personal property, in Allegany
