as chargeable in general terms,

coupons &c. only receivable for the years for

   

which they are due,

pon &c. on the part of the state, receipt to

   

be returned with each coupon &c. as vouch-

   

ers to commissioner of loans, who shall re-

   

ceipt to sheriff &c. for the same by him to

   

be delivered to the Treasurer at the usual

   

time of making returns &c. Treasurer to re-

   

ceive the same,
