GAMING — Unlawful to keep a gaming table, any person

keeping, guilty of a misdemeanor, for every

offence to pay a fine of $100, any person

who shall appear at any time or act, &c. as the

person having the care of one, to be deemed

the keeper.

ger, &c. each bet a separate offence.

kept in any house over which he has con-

trol, deemed guilty of keeping a gaming ta-

ble, &c.
