An act for the relief of Isaac C. Anderson, Sheriff and Col-
lector of Howard District of Anne Arundel county.

Time exten-
ded.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Isaac C. Anderson, late sheriff and collector of Howard
District of Anne Arundel county, be and he is hereby au-
thorised within twelve months from the passage of this act,
to complete his collections as sheriff and collector of the

Proviso.

county taxes; provided, that nothing herein contained shall be
construed to extend the time of paying over any money due
from said Anderson, as sheriff or collector as aforesaid.

An act to incorporate the German Beneficial Society of the
Trinity Church of the City of Baltimore.

Preamble.

WHEREAS, Nicolaus Werner, Frederick Hodman, Chris-
tian Hax, Christian Unerzagt, Justus Herbner, Conrad Ta-
ber, Tobias Griess, John Wolf, John Hess, Heiner Felder,
John Koch and George Eull, by their petition to this Gene-
ral Assembly, have set forth that they and others of the
city of Baltimore have formed themselves into an associa-
tion by the name of the German Beneficial Society of the
Trinity Church of the City of Baltimore, for the purpose
of providing a fund by small periodical contributions in
time of health, for the support of such members of the as-
sociation during sickness as may hereafter be in need of
assistance, and with a view the better to carry out the be-
nevolent object of the association, have prayed to be in-
corporated: — Therefore,

Incorporated.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Nicolaus Werner, Frederick Hoffman,
Christian Hax, Christian Unerzagt, Justus Herbner, Con-
rad Faber, Tobias Griess, John Wolf, John Hess, Heiner
Pelden, John Koch and George Eull, and their associates
and successors, and those who may hereafter become mem-
bers of the said association to be and they are hereby cre-
ated and made a body corporate, by the name and style of
The German Beneficial Society of the Trinity Church of
the City of Baltimore, and by that name shall have suc-
cession for thirty years, and be capable in law to sue and
be sued, to adopt and have a corporate seal, to take, hold,
