GUARDIANS.—The orphans court, where executor

   

or administrator has any claim against any

   

person, with the consent of both parties, to

   

be entered on their proceedings, shall have

   

power to arbitrate between such executor

   

and such person, or dispute may by the par-

   

ties be referred to any person, approved by

   

the court.

tator, etc. laid up for consumption, etc. shall

   

not be sold by executor, etc. nor included in

   

the inventory.
