&c. against an incorporated company, the of-
fice of which is located in this Slate, plain-
tiffs to cause summons or writ or a copy to be
served on the clerk of the company, in his
absence to be left at the office 15 days be-
fore return day, to file affidavit of some dis-
interested person that the said writ was left,
