CHANCERY COURT AND COUNTY COURTS

   

AS COURTS OF EQUITY—On application to court

   

of appeals from any decree or order of, the

   

parties who have been defendants in the

   

court below, not permitted in the appeal

   

court to urge or rely on any objection to the

   

jurisdiction of the court below unless it ap-

   

pear by the record that such objection was

   

made in said court.

To have full power on application, &c. of

   

trustee appointed by said court to sell any

   

real estate, to compel the purchaser to com-

   

ply with the terms of sale by process of at-

   

tachment or other execution, &c. or direct

   

property to be resold at risk of purchaser,

   

and if proceeds of resale alter payment of

   

expenses, &c. be not equal to the original

   

purchase money, court to direct the differ-

   

ence to be paid by said purchaser.
