Whereas, it appears by the journal of accounts of this
session, that there is due From this State the sum of forty-

ty-four cents—therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the treasurer of the western shore of Maryland, be
and he is hereby authorized and required to pay the several
persons, their executors, administrators or orders, or to
such of them as shall oiler to receive the same, the several
sums of money allowed to them respectively, as they ap-
pear to be settled and ascertained by said journal, out of any
money now in the treasury subject to appropriation by the
General Assembly.

chapter fifteen, shall be construed in any manner to affect
or change the act of eighteen hundred and thirty-two,
