Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the said
original act to which this act is a supplement, as gives ex-
clusive jurisdiction to the said district courts in the cases in
said act mentioned, be and the same is hereby repealed;
and it is hereby declared that the county court of Carroll
county shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the said dis-
trict courts in all cases in which the said district courts now
have jurisdiction.

A farther additional supplement to an act entitled, an act
for the distribution of School Monies, and the encour-
agement of Schools and Teachers in Harford County.

Whereas, the orphans court of Harford county enter-
tain doubts as to their authority to pay the school commis-
sioners of said county their per diem under the original act
to which this is a further additional supplement—therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That the orphans court of Harford county, be
and they are hereby authorized and required to pay to each
school commissioner of the county aforesaid, the sum of
four dollars for each and every year they shall act as such,
out of the school fund belonging to said county, when the
said commissioners or either of them, shall file with said
court a certificate from a justice of the peace that they

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the school commissioners
of Harford county shall hereafter be elected for the term of
three years, and in case of the death, removal or refusal of
any of said school commissioners to act as such, the orphans

per day for each scholar under his instruction..
