That Mary Schaper, be and she is hereby divorced from her
husband Henry Schaper, a vinculo matrimonii.

An act regulating Executions against Life Estates in Lands
or Tenements.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That no real estate hereafter acquired by marriage, shall be
liable to execution during the life of the wife, for debts due
from the husband.

An act to extend the right of Challenge in certain cases.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, the right of
peremtory challenge shall he allowed to any person or per-
sons hereafter to be tried in this State, on indictment for
any crime or misdemeanor, the punishment whereof by law
is confinement in the penitentiary.
