CHAPTER 99.

A supplement to the act, entitled an act for the relief of
the Crier, Jurymen and Bailiff's of Cecil County, passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine,
chapter sixty-nine.

Pay all expen-
ses incidental
to removed tri-
als.

Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Cecil county shall pay, or cause to be paid to the
commissioners, or levy court, as the case may be, of any
county, to which any cause may have been removed from
Cecil county court for trial, and which is still pending, or
which shall hereafter be removed, all expenses incident to
such removal, or which said county may incur, in paying
jurymen, bailiffs, criers or other officers, by reason of such
removal; and the commissioners of Cecil county are here-
by required to levy such expenses upon the assessable pro-
perty of said county, in the name and for the use of the
commissioners or levy court, as the case may be, of such
county to which said causes may have been, or shall be
hereafter removed, and cause the same to be collected as
other county charges; and the amount of such expenses
shall be furnished, under the seal and certificate of the
clerk of the court to which any cause may have been, or
shall be hereafter removed, and such certificate shall be

prima facie evidence of the correctness of such expenses.

Hoblitzell, John Holtzman, George A. D. Clarke, A. L.
Wickins, Thomas S. Spates, William T. Peterman, John
Z. Vrooman, Benjamin H. F. Lawder, John Cole, H. S.
Shaffner, John Beckncr, Levi H. Gardiner, Michael Wal-
ker, Alexander Klink, Patrick Crowley, H. M. McCaugher,
