PRIMARY SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 72, in Frede-

ricktown — Trustees of, authorised to sell

part of a lot of ground purchased by them,

and apply the proceeds, after payment for

said lot, to the purchase of a primary

school house,

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY— The supervisors of

the public roads in, authorised, when in

their opinion any portion of said roads re-

quire repairs, to have such repairs done

forthwith, and may employ any person whom

he may procure, at the rates now allowed,

Act of 1835, chapter 201, establishing

magistrates courts, repealed, as relates to,

Justices of said courts to deliver dock-

ets, &c. to clerks of county courts, &c.

Any party to any undecided suit on said

dockets, when the amount is less than $50,

to cause the papers to be laid before any

justice of the peace of said county for

trial, &c.

In all cases on said dockets, the clerk of

the county, at the instance of any party en-

titled to execution, to sue out execution, re-

turnable as other executions, &c.

This act to go into operation after the first

day of August, 1841,

the powers that were exercised by them be-

fore the passage of the act which is here-

by repealed,

mary school districts in, &c.
