Resolution in favor of William S. Green, Clerk of Anne
Arundel County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings on the judgments obtained by the State of
Maryland, against William S. Green, in Anne Arundel
county court, be and they are hereby suspended; provided,
the said William S. Green, shall, on the twelfth day of
June next, pay and satisfy one-sixth of the said judgments;
and one-sixth of the said judgments in every three months
thereafter, until the whole is paid; and provided also, that
upon a non-compliance with any one of the terms of this
resolution, at the times therein specified, this resolution is
hereby declared to be null and void; and provided also, that
the said William S. Green, and his securities, shall file their
assent to this resolution, on or before the first day of June
next.
