COUNTY COURTS— To prescribe, by rule of court, the

manner of dismissing suits, by parties or

their attorney, during recess, &c.

When infants defendants in any suit, on

the equity side of, have been summoned to

appear, the clerk of such court is autho-

rised to issue commission, &c. to assign

guardian for said infant defendants, and

take their answer, &c.

Any sale made and reported during the

recess of the court, by trustees, under

decree of any county court, &c. on being

filed, &c. shall, stand for final ratification,

without procuring a nisi order, if notice of

motion be entered, &c.

In cases of petition, &c. for sale of the

real estates of infants, &c. the clerks of,

shall have power to issue commissions to

view and value the lands, assign guar-

dian, &c.

Whenever any cause, by bill, &c. pen-

ding in any, &c. shall be ready, &c. and

the parties, &c. shall sign an agreement,

&c. that the case be submitted, &c. to any

of the judges, &c. such judge to pass de-

cree, &c.

Whenever any cause in, &c. shall be rea-

dy for commission to take testimony, &c.
the clerks of, to issue commissions to such

persons as parties may select, by agree-

ment, to be filed, &c.

To have jurisdiction in all cases in equi-

ty, where proceedings shall be commenced

in the court of the county where the land

may lie, &c. or in the court of the county

where defendants may reside, &c.; but if

proceeding; be commenced in a county

where the land does not lie, the clerk of

the court to transmit to the clerk of the

county where the land may lie, a copy of

the proceedings, &c.
