CHAP. 225.

authenticated by the order of said court, under the seal of
said court, whenever such sale or transfer may be necessa-
ry for any of the purposes contemplated by the several, acts
of Assembly heretofore passed, or hereafter to be passed
relating to said school fund.

Ratio of distri-
bution.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the orphans' court of
Cecil county, in their distribution of such sum or sums of
money as may be annually allotted by them to the educa-
tion of poor children, shall divide the same among the se-
veral election districts, in a ratio conforming to the number
of voters in each district.

An act to divorce Ann Cecil, of Queen Anne's County,

Divorced.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Ann Cecil, of Queen Anne's county, be and she is
hereby divorced from her husband John Cecil, a mensa et
thoro.

A supplement to the act, entitled an act to incorporate the
Carroll White Sulphur Spring Company.

Empowered to
make contracts.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the president and directors of the Carroll White Sul-
phur Spring Company may make such contracts as they
shall deem expedient for the purposes and effects of said
corporation, whenever such sum of money as they may
deem requisite and sufficient to commence operations, shall
have been paid for capital stock therein, any thing in the
original act contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
