sary to use the full amount authorized for the specific project
for which the money has been appropriated then the Board
of Education of Worcester County may by resolution re-
quest the Board of County Commissioners to approve the
use of such excess funds for the erection of new buildings,
the addition or alterations of existing buildings, or the re-
pair thereof, the purchase of sites, and the equipment of
such school buildings, at other places in said County than
those named in the original resolution, where in the discre-
tion of said Board the same may be needed, and upon ap-
proval of such request by the Board of County Commis-
sioners said funds may be so applied to such new or addi-
tional projects.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That in case the Board
of Education of Worcester County shall determine after the
sale of said bonds that it is inadvisable to expend the pro-
ceeds thereof for the projects, or any of them, named in the
original resolution, but may consider it advisable to expend
the amounts specifically set out for some other project or
projects within the general purposes set forth in this Act
for which said bonds have been issued, at another place or
other places in the County, then and in that event, it may
by resolution request the Board of County Commissioners
of Worcester County to substitute for the specific purposes
for which the bonds were sold, or any of them, such new
projects as said Board of Education may consider advisable,
and if the Board of County Commissioners concurs in such
changes, or any of them, it shall by resolution approve the
same, and thereupon such new projects shall be substituted
for the projects named in the original resolution, which the
said Boards desire to abandon, and the new projects shall
be carried out in the same manner as if the same had been
mentioned in the original resolution.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds from
the sale of said bonds shall be paid to the County Treasurer
and shall be set apart by him in an account or accounts,
to the credit of Public School Bonds of Worcester County
of............... and shall be disbursed by him only for

the purposes herein authorized, and upon the order of the
Board of Education of Worcester County provided that any
accrued interest received from the sale of said bonds may
be applied to the payment of the first maturing interest of
said bonds.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
