case may be. Provided that in Anne Arundel, Carroll, Cecil,
Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Harford, Montgomery, Prince
George's, St. Mary's, Talbot and Wicomico Counties, the Trial
Magistrates shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the Cir-
cuit Court of each of the respective counties to try persons
violating the provisions of this sub-title. And further pro-
vided, that in Allegany County the Justice of the Peace,
known as the Magistrate for Juvenile Cases, shall have con-
current jurisdiction with the Circuit Court of said County to
try persons violating the provisions of this sub-title and that
imprisonment of offenders shall not exceed two years.

SEC. 2. And 'be- it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 345

(House Bill 337)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (Flack's 1947 Edition),
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Anne Arundel County", to be under a new sub-
title "Boats", and to be under a new sub-heading "Unauthor-
ized Use of Boats", said new section to be known as Section
164A, and to follow immediately after Section 164 of said
Code, and relating to the unauthorized use of boats in Anne
Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (Flack's
1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County", to be under
a new sub-title "Boats", and to be under a new sub-heading
"Unauthorized Use of Boats", said new section to be known as
Section 164A, and to follow immediately after Section 164
of said Code, and to read as follows:

BOATS.

164A. Unauthorized Use of Boats. Any person who shall
use any boat, canoe, scow, barge or other watercraft upon the
waters of the State of Maryland within the boundaries of
Anne Arundel County, without the consent of the owner or
