201. To the devise and bequest in Item 6 of the last
Will and Testament of Jemima Bridgeford, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, to all of the rest, residue and remain-
der of the estate of the deceased to the Vestry of Mount
Calvary Church, Baltimore, a body corporate (now located
at the corner of Madison Avenue and Eutaw Street in Bal-
timore City, State of Maryland), absolutely, said Will being
dated June 26, 1948, and admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, November 1, 1948,
Estate Docket Liber 66, Folio 318, No. 50237.

202. To deed from Full Gospel Tabernacle, Incorpo-
rated, to Gospel Spreading Association, dated the 29th day
of April, 1942, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County, in Liber C.H.K. No. 1228, Folio 105.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 310

(Senate Bill 528)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3
of Chapter 86 of the Accts of 1949, said Act adding Article
85A to the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Sedition
and Subversive Activities", providing that said Chapter 86
be declared an emergency measure.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 3 of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949, said
Act adding Article 85A to the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Sedition and Subversive Activities", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

3. This Act is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
and necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety, and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted,, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
