Will and Testament of Albert Armen, deceased, late of Balti-

102. To the gift to Monsignor Hugh J. Monoghan, Bal-
timore, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Anne K. Patterson, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. 244, Folio 460.

103. To the legacy to the Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland under the last
Will and Testament of Ida M. Short, recorded in the office
