70. To the contingent gifts to The Committee of the
Presbyterian Church of the City of Baltimore (called in
Will "First Presbyterian Church of Baltimore, Maryland),
contained in the last Will and Testament of Rebecca Clark
Winter, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber
J. H. B. No. 227, Folio 174.

71. To the contingent gifts contained in unrecorded Deed
of Trust from Sophie Lindau and Clementine Lindau to
Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee,
dated January 28, 1938, viz:

(a) The Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore

(b) The Oheb Shalom Congregation of Baltimore

(c) The Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Inc.

72. To the Deed from Frederick N. Grimes to Inasmuch
Gospel Mission, Inc., dated July 28, 1925, recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
4439, Folio 220, and to the deed from Benjamin F. Grimes
to The Inasmuch Gospel Mission, Inc., dated September 4,
1941, recorded among said Land Records in Liber M. L. P.
No. 6209, Folio 299.

73. To the bequest contained in the Will of Mary E.
Chrest, probated January 13, 1947, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, Folio 38, of Carroll County, to Westminster
Cemetery Company, the sum of $100.00.

74. To the bequest contained in the Will of William H.
S. Allgire, probated February 18, 1947, and recorded in
Liber J. W. G. No. 16, Folio 53, of Carroll County, for use
of Trustees of the Wesley M. E. Church, the income from
$100.00.

75. To the bequest contained in the Will of Regina C.
Rose, probated March 6, 1947, and recorded in Liber J. W.
G. No. 16, Folio 54, to Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore, for use of St. John's Catholic
Church, Westminster, Maryland, the sum of $300.00.

76. To the bequest contained in the Will of Alva C.
Garner, probated March 11, 1947, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, Folio 58:

(a) To the Trustees of the Church of God, Union-
town, Maryland, the sum of $1,000.00.

(b) To the Trustees of the Church of God Ceme-
tery, Uniontown, Maryland, the sum of $500.00.

(c) To the Md. & Va. Eldership of the Churches
of God, the sum of $2,000.00.
