SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of the several Counties of the State, and the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore are hereby respectively directed
to levy the State taxes for the year 1950 and all succeeding
years at four and ninety-three one-hundredths cents (4. 93c)
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessable property
until all certificates issued under the authority of this Act
are redeemed, to be collected according to law, to meet the
interest on the amount of said certificates outstanding, and
also to meet and redeem so much of the principal in each of
said years as may be represented by certificates redeemable in
each year respectively.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
281, 282, 283, 287, 288, 289 and 291A of Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. and 1947
(Supp. ), title "Corporations", sub-title "Religious Cor-
porations", and to add a new Section 291A to said
Article, all relating to the incorporation of religious
corporations and the amendment of charters thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 281, 282, 283, 287, 288 and 289 of Article
