CHAPTER 206
(Senate Bill 93)

AN ACT to repeal Section 322A of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County, sub-title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-
heading "Bowling, " as said Section was enacted by
Chapter 480 of the Acts of 1947, said Section relating
to the taxing of bowling in Carroll County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 322A of Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll
County, " sub-title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-heading
"Bowling, " as said Section was enacted by Chapter 480
of the Acts of 1947, be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

Approved April 22, 1949.

CHAPTER 207

(Senate Bill 97)

AN ACT to repeal Section 162 of Flack's Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), be-
ing Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Ambulance
and Rescue Companies. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 162 of Flack's Code of Public Local Laws of
Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Ambulance and Rescue Com-
panies", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, and having been passed upon by yea and nay vote,
supported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
