Salaries and Expenses appropriated will be paid from Special Funds
derived from the operation of the Toll Bridges, and the operation of the
Ferry System, and a portion of the proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue
Bonds (Series 1948).

Salaries and Expenses incident to the operation of the Toll Bridges and
the construction of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge are to be made in accordance
with the provisions of a Trust Agreement of October 1, 1948, given to Balti-
more National Bank, Trustee.
