Prince George's County, and to enact three new sections in
lieu thereof to be known as Sections 2, 3 and 7, and to re-
peal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 12,
19 and 20 f said Chapter 1051 of the Acts of 1945, amend-
ing the Charter of the Town of College Park generally.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 2, 3 and 7 of Chapter 1051 of the Acts of
1945, incorporating the Town of College Park, in Prince
George's County, be and they are hereby repealed and that
three new sections to be known as Sections 2, 3 and 7 be and
they are enacted in lieu thereof, and that Sections 4, 5, 6, 8,
12, 19 and 20 of said Chapter 1051 of the Acts of 1945, be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
•ments, and all to read as follows:

2. The corporate limits and boundaries of said Town shall
be as follows:

To include certain properties lying within the Riverdale
and Berwyn Districts, Prince George's County, Maryland, and
as described in the following metes and bounds: Beginning
for the same on the western line of the Baltimore-Washington
Boulevard, U. S. Route No. 1 (60 feet wide), at a stone about
200 feet north of the line between the Riverdale (No. 19) and
Berwyn (No. 21) Districts, said stone being the southeast
end of the S. 53° 59' E. 2846. 6 feet line (eleventh) of Mueller
to Gilbert dated September 18, 1918 and recorded in Liber
134 at Folio 311 of the Land of Records of Prince George's
County, and running by and with the said line, reversed, N.
53° 59' W. 2846. 6 feet to a stone; thence continuing N. 53° 59'
W. along the prolongation of the said eleventh line of Mueller
to Gilbert, reversed, to its intersection with the prolongation
of the present western boundary of the University of Mary-
land property extended in a southerly direction; thence
northerly by and with the prolongation and said western
boundary lines of the University of Maryland and United
States Bureau of Mines properties to the northwest corner of
the University of Maryland property, formerly of the Buckley
farm; thence easterly by and with the northern boundary lines
of the University of Maryland property, formerly of the
Buckley farm, to a pipe binding on the southerly end of the
western line of a 30 foot strip of said property, said pipe
being S. 4° 13' E. 573. 33 feet, along the said western line,
from a stone on the southern line of Metzerott Road; thence
N. 85° 31' E. 30 feet to a pipe binding on the eastern line of
the aforesaid 30 foot strip, said pipe being N. 4° 13' E. 564. 3
feet from a stone on the southern line of Metzerott Road;
thence southeasterly by and with the line between the Albert
