and protect the rights of persons and property, to see that
all laws relating to the observance of Sunday and in regard
to gambling, intemperance, vagrants and disorderly persons,
are strictly enforced, and to assist the sanitary officer of his
district to enforce faithfully and strictly all laws, rules,
and orders that now exist or which may hereafter, be passed
or issued for the purpose of maintaining and preserving the
public health, and to arrest all offenders against the laws
of the State.

(c) The Police of Anne Arundel County shall, between
June 1st and June 30th of each year, and at such other times
as directed by the County Commissioners, inspect all premises
licensed for the sale of merchandise, restaurants, amusement
places, and places where alcoholic beverages are sold, and
shall file a written report in duplicate, setting forth the
following information.

(1) if any pin ball device or other amusement device is
operated on such premises, the type of Anne Arundel
County license authorizing the operation of same.

(2) if milk is sold, whether there is Maryland Health
Department permit authorizing such sale.

(3) if merchandise is sold, whether there is a trader's
license.

(4) if cigarettes are sold, whether there is a cigarette
license.

(5) if food is served, whether there is a restaurant
license.

(6) if a soda fountain is operated, whether there is a
soda fountain license.

(7) if there is a music box operated, whether there is a
music box license.

(8) if alcoholic beverages are sold, the class of alcoholic
beverage license.

(9) whether or not dancing is permitted on the premises.

(10) any violations of the law or suspected violations.

(11) such other information as may be requested by the
Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County,
or the Board of County Commissioners for Anne Arundel
County.

(12) name and address of licensee operating such
premises.
