217M. No person, firm or corporation shall park, use, oc-
cupy or maintain any trailer coach upon any area or tract
of land in St. Mary's County for a period of more than three
(3) days during any three months' period of time without
permission to do so from the owner or person legally in
charge of the land upon which such trailer coach is located.

217N. No person using, occupying or maintaining any
trailer coach shall camp or park such coach overnight within
twenty feet of the traveled portions of a public highway
within St. Mary's County.

217-O. Any trailer coach from which the wheels have
been removed, except for the purpose of making temporary
repairs or placing the same in dead storage shall be deemed
a permanent residence and shall be made to conform to all
the building regulations in effect in St. Mary's County.

217P. Any person, firm or corporation violating any pro-
vision of this sub-title, for which a penalty is not herein
expressly prescribed, shall upon conviction be guilty of a
misdemeanor and fined not more than One Hundred Dollars
(f 100. 00) or imprisoned nor more than thirty days.

217Q. The provisions of this sub-title shall not be con-
strued to apply to any supervised public park or public camp
ground or picnic ground owned, operated or maintained by
the Federal Government, the State of Maryland, St. Mary's
County or any political subdivision or municipality thereof.

217R. It shall be the duty of the County Health Officer
and also of the County Police to enforce this sub-title.

217S. No person, firm or corporation shall maintain, con-
duct or carry on a trailer camp within St. Mary's County
without first obtaining a license therefor from the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of said County and shall pay therefor the
sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00), and the Clerk shall
also collect Fifty Cents (50^) for the cost of issuing the said
license.

217T. Such licenses provided in the two aforegoing sec-
tions shall expire the first day of June next after issuance,
but when the person, firm or corporation engages in such
business in any fraction of any full year, the license fee,
for that fraction of a year, shall be that fraction of the
amounts specified hereinbefore.
