no lot so taken or enlarged shall exceed, in the whole,
thirty acres, including the land occupied by the school
buildings.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 233A of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Fines, " as said section was enacted by
Chapter 93 of the Acts of 1937 and as said section was
amended by Chapter 31 of the Acts of 1939, providing
funds for the maintenance of a Bar Library to be known
as The Queen Anne's County Bar Library.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 233A of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's
County, " sub-title "Fines, " as said section was enacted by
Chapter 93 of the Acts of 1937 and as said section was
amended by Chapter 31 of the Acts of 1939, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
233A. The County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County shall by their warrants drawn on the Treasurer of
said County order said Treasurer to pay to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County semi-annually
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00) out of all
criminal fines received by the said County Commissioners,
accounting from the first day of January, 1948. ) The
Clerk of said Court shall disburse said moneys so received
for the maintenance and support of The Queen Anne's
County Bar Library upon the written order or orders of
the Bar Library Committee appointed by the Judges of
the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
