courts of this States available, with or without request there-
for, to any and all courts of this State, and to any officer of
the State or of a municipality authorized pursuant to Section
31 of this Article to enforce the aeronautics laws.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 238 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1947 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Orphans' Courts, " relating to the number of
daily sessions of the Orphans' Court for Frederick
County, and increasing the compensation of the Judges
of the Orphans' Court of Allegany County, and to repeal
Sections 654 and 655 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Freder-
ick County", sub-title "Orphans' Court", said sections
having been amended by Chapter 543 of the Acts of
1933, and relating to the compensation of the Judges of
the Orphans' Court for Frederick County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That Section 238 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Orphans' Courts, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
238. (a). The Judges of the Orphans' Courts of the
several counties and Baltimore City shall receive compen-
sation as herein prescribed, said compensation to be paid
monthly.
(b). Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Fred-
erick County shall receive the sum of Six Dollars ($6. 00)
for every day's attendance upon the sessions of said
Court, but not more than 156 days in any one year.
(c). Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for
Garrett County shall receive the sum of Six Dollars ($6. 00)
for every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court,
together with an allowance of five cents (5c) per mile for
