CHAPTER 120.
(Senate Bill 24)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 175
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Guardian and
Ward", to provide for filing inventory in proceedings rela-
tive to sales of property of ward.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 175 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Guardian and Ward", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
175. In case the personal property of a ward shall consist
of specific articles or chattels, the court may order a sale
thereof, either for cash or on credit, in the discretion of the
court; and all proceedings relative to said sale, including
filing of inventory, shall be as directed respecting sales by
administrators.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 121.
(Senate Bill 58)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
716L of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Bal-
timore City", sub-title "Judges of the People's Court", as
said section was enacted by Chapter 387 of the Acts of 1941,
relating to the powers of the Judges of the People's Court
of Baltimore City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 716L of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Judges of the Peo-
ple's Court", as said section was enacted by Chapter 387 of
the Acts of 1941, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
